mini CHALLENGE #3

45 years of independence for East Malaysia
{ Singapore broke free somewhere along the way }
May 13th riots ingrained the idea of peace, unity and multiculturalism
along with infrastructure and economic development, came a deeper understanding of embracing diversity and a one nation one race called Malaysia and Malaysian respectively
as I drive to work, frustrated with the 3 hour traffic jams, I can't ignore the strings that pulls at my heart, the swelling of my eyes and the unexplainable pride and sense of belonging I have as I watch the parade rehearsals.
this is my country
this is my home
all I can think about is how long you've come and progress
how proud I am to be part of it all
so, with this, I have decided to sponsor the next mini Challenge #3
your RAKs will be kits containing everything blue.red.white
your task is to create a project, LO, mood board (like above), photo, painting - anything visual basically - that expresses your meaning of independence.
all nationalities are welcome. and yes, you may express the meaning of your own country's independence.
once your creation has been done, send them in jpeg format to us at:
